What is the meaning of the expression 3/15; net 30 in a purchase order?
 
  a. Products will be delivered in 3 to 15 days and must be paid for within 30 days.
  b. A 3 discount is given for payment within 15 days; full payment is due within 30 days.
  c. Three deliveries will arrive within 15 days; all products will be delivered within 30 days.
  d. Three vendors will supply orders within 15 days; payment is due within 30 days.
