If service managers are unaware of core cultural expectations of customers what are the possible results?
 
  a. It is best to ignore cultural differences so as not to offend the guest
  b. A gap in performance of service will occur
  c. The customer will most likely inform the service manager of the short-coming
  d. The customer will most likely not notice the lack of cultural awareness
  e. The customer will not give a positive recommendation of the establishment
