An oil tanker has run aground and is sinking near a rocky coastline. There are seal colonies and seabirds nearby. It is stormy with high winds and rough seas. A large amount of oil has been spilt into the sea and the slick is moving towards the shoreline.
    What should you do and why?

You mean if I were an individual or a government agency. Protecting the animals would be vital in this situation, but there aren't any real solutions to this mess. The EPA has written about it though, and I've attached some documents for you to do your research.
