It's definitely D because acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter involved in the neuron and nerve impusles. Acetylcholine travels in vesicles until those vesicles fuses with the axon terminal membrane and then is let out into the synaptic cleft. From there, it helps conduct the nerve impulse in the post synaptic neuron.  Grinning Face
