  a. Identify levels of competency, practice particular strategies and skills, receive
  and reflect on feedback, re-engage in practice, continue to use these
  processes to ensure continued development
  b. Listen to your client, reflect on what they have said, strategize on what you
  may want to do or say, act based on these three, and then evaluate the result
  c. Engage in practice, read about practice, and employ knowledge gained in
  practice
  d. Asking your supervisor what you should do in each moment as you are trying
  to develop and practice new behaviors and to not stray from what you are
  instructed to do
