Why does social work practice necessarily include working on common factors?
 
  a. This is false, social work does not include working on common factors
  b. Social workers need to not let any detail of the work go unnoticed or not
  worked on
  c. Social workers and clients should always discuss things they have in common
  d. Although common factors are essential to success, they are not always
  necessarily present or sufficient to support clients' effective change work
