What position would John Stuart Mill most likely take regarding the right of people who support terrorism to speak out and to hold private meetings?
   a.   In a democracy anyone, no matter what their political views or life style preferences, has the right to publicly state their views as well as to unite to hold private meetings to plan activities with other like-minded people.
   b.   People who support terrorism have neither a right to meet in private nor to publicly speak their views since doing so is in violation of the US Patriot Act.
   c.   While people how support terrorism have a right to speak out publicly on their views, they do not have the right to unite and hold private meetings to make plans to do harm to other living beings.
   d.   People who support terrorism have a right to meet in private but not a right to publicly state their views since the views of terrorists are offensive and tyrannical in the eyes of the majority.
