Seven numbers

Rationale: There are two letters and seven numbers in a DEA number. Each physician (or prescriber of controlled substances) has a unique DEA number. In the new DEA number series (for most practitioners), the letter G begins the DEA number. Previously, the letters A, B, and F began DEA numbers. The letter M is used for mid-level practitioners. The letters P and R are used for manufacturers, distributors, researchers, etc.

0.8 mL two times/day

Rationale: By using the formula D/H x Q, we find that 8,000 units divided by 10,000 units = 8 / 10 mL, which = 0.8 mL.
