will my brain cells be affected? And in what ways? 9.5% alcohol. I know that red wine improves your health but considering that it isn't red wine.

For every 100 articles that say a little bit of wine is good for you, there are 100 more that say it's terrible. In my opinion, it's not beneficial for your health. At 20, you should be drinking drinks that are actually nutritious for your brain because your brain doesn't stop developing till you're 25. Alcohol is a depressant and studies have shown that it can even make you age quicker.
