Based on ohm' law, V = R x I, I would like to know on how to determine on what USB plug is better in term of V and I.

Mobile used 1A current for charging battery, referring to following image, it shows 4.92V and 0.4A.  4.92V / 0.4A = 12.3 ohm resistance
I would like to know on following enquiry:
  • Voltage higher = Charging period short?
  • Current higher = Charging period short?
  • Resistance lower = Charging period short?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

the higher the current, the faster the charge

current is a measure of charge per second (coulombs per second, I think)
