 Guidelines managers can take to help ensure ethical behavior occurs across all geographic locations of the firm include actions that involve the following:
1. respect for core human rights in pay, child labor, hours assigned to work, forced labor, harassment, etc.
2. respect for local traditions in honoring of customs of the countries in which business is conducted
3. examining context of situations in determining right from wrong
4. modeling through their own actions the behavior they are seeking from their employees
