 B
Explanation: An Inline Network Encryptor (INE), also called a High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor  (HAIPE), is a type 1 encryption device. Type 1 designation indicates that it is a system certified by the NSA for use in securing US government classified documents.  To achieve this designation it must use NSA approved algorithms.
