4NH3(g) + 5O2(g) → 4NO(g) + 6H2O(l) ΔrH° = 1168 kj

no of mol of NH3 reacted = w/mwt = 30/17 = 1.765 mol

as DH = +ve , heat is absorbed during the reaction.

heat absorbed(q) = 1168*1.765/4 = 515.38 kj

answer: 514.4 kJ of heat are absorbed.
