Referring to following link and statement, I would like to know if green and blue can cause electron to be ejected.  Do our body more easier lost electrons during noon as comparing with Sunrise and Sunset?

"the light increases in energy as it goes from red, to orange to yellow to green and then blue.  Notice how only the higher energy green and blue can cause electrons to be ejected."

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The frequency of Blue light can strong enough to hit electrons remove from gold leaf electroscope, but not the red light.  Our skin are on neutral states, under blue light, electrons are easily removed from any molecule atom and create free radicals, so people are easier to get skin caner under blue light during  noon period as comparing during sunrise and sunset with less blue light.

Would it be correct? Do you have any suggestions?

Does it make sense in physics and biology?

I see where you're going with this

The galvanic skin response exists because of electrodermal activity (EDA). The traditional theory of EDA holds that skin resistance varies with the state of sweat glands in the skin. Sweating is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system, and skin conductance is an indication of psychological or physiological arousal. In other words, the conductor, sweat, is produced when you're nervous for example. If the sympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system is highly aroused, then sweat gland activity also increases, which in turn increases skin conductance. In this way, skin conductance can be a measure of emotional and sympathetic responses.
