The distribution of means is approximately normal with mean 64.5 inches and standard deviation = 0.79

a. P( > 67) = P = 0.00079
b. The middle 95% are between z = ±1.96. So the heights are between 64.5 ± 1.96∙0.79, or between 62.95 and 66.05 inches.
