Thank you.

Do you feel in this moment of crisis in USA, there should be nation wide lockdown or in specific states like New York or California or do you feel lockdown at this stage is not at all required both nation wide & states wise?

My personal opinion is after getting the live data of COVID-19 cases states wise, where the cases are surging / mounting at its peak everyday for example New York, then in those states, there should be lockdown declared.

Thanks & Regards,

The whole country needs to be in lockdown. What happens is people who are afraid may leave to another state that has fewer cases, while they are asymptomatic carriers. Therefore, they may end up spreading the virus to these places without even knowing.

The percentage remains low for younger people. However, everyone is evenly likely to get it, but only those greater than 50 are more likely to die of it if infected.

In terms of vaccines, it’s hard to right away give it hi the public because they’re different group of people, they have to factors, age, pre medical conditions etc. They still studying the structure of viruses and how they interact with human cells to make us sick.

Viruses usually cause disease by reproducing themselves many times in the body. Whereas natural viruses reproduce thousands of times during an infection, vaccine viruses usually reproduce fewer than 20 times. Because vaccine viruses don't reproduce very much, they don't cause disease, but vaccine viruses replicate well enough to induce "memory B cells" that protect against infection in the future.

the vaccine contains a synthetic version of mRNA. When injected into a muscle cell, the mRNA acts like a drill sergeant, ordering the cell to create a doppelgänger of one of the coronavirus’s surface proteins—known as “spikes,” which, together, decorate the surface of the virus, giving the appearance of a crown. The spike protein is only part of the virus and therefore won’t make a person sick. But it is a crucial component of how the virus infects a human cell.

Inside of a vaccine is a dead, a weak but alive, or just a little piece of some kind of disease-causing agent, such as a virus. When this weakened form of the pathogen is shot into your body, your immune system immediately recognizes that it's something harmful. This recognition forces it to build up a stronger immune system to that particular pathogen. The next time you are exposed to that pathogen in real life - exposed to the strong and real-life version of it - your immune system will be able to recognize it and fight it off far more quickly than had you not been vaccinated. In most cases you'll be able to prevent an entire disease process from occurring that may have even killed you had you not gotten vaccinated.

Even if the virus wanes in the warmer months, as does influenza, it will have circulated in the population already, and could reëmerge in the fall.

With that said, having to weaken the virus and injected to human body is very risky right now since they don’t have clear understanding of the structure of the viruses.

As we analyse the live data of COVID-19 cases across the globe, there are certain nations with more deaths happening still now.

What could be the reasons for the same?

* Medical facilities viz Ventilators, Treatment drugs, Hospital beds, Availability of Doctors, Nurses etc not adequate.

*Age group - 60 years + more

Any other factors?

Preparedness is a key factor. Hospitals, health-care personnels, and caregivers were unprepared and unaware of the impact it had.

>90% of the medicines bought and sold in the United States come from China, as do masks, ventilators, and literally everything we purchase here in the states. This created a panic because we had to start depending on manufacturers here to start producing the necessary things we needed to combat the virus.

Another issue was knowing very little about the pathogen; while studies were available, the idea of it spreading wasn't as important to us until it started infecting people at home. We took it too lightly; our borders were open, our politicians foolishly advocated to keep living life normally and not to panic; we were even afraid to address the issue because of fear of racism.

These are some of the reasons why it spread faster than the flu. Once we have all the variables controlled, moving forward will be a different story.

If coronavirus really was as dangerous as they say it is, India would have dead bodies stacked higher than the Taj Majal in all major cities. Every day would be its own Holocaust of at least 6,000 deaths. Today would be Holacuast XXXII. India currently has 178 coronavirus deaths.

That's a good point. With a population of 1.5 million, you'd think that overpopulation would contribute to a lot more deaths than any other country. But I think it has to do with India's inefficient way of administering tests to the sick and/or the lack of equipment necessary to treat people long enough to find out if they're infected. Therefore, a lot of people go undetected and succumb to the virus without being recorded. I'd add thousands of death due to this discrepancy.

Population is one of the factors that why America has the highest death rate but Indian is very hot country and virus don’t survives in hot climate that temperature reaches 40 degree Celsius and above

I am optimistic about ChAdOx1 COVID-19 vaccine.

Your views regarding the same.

I hope they do come up with a vaccine as soon as possible, no so much to stop its spread but to stop the hysteria people are experiencing from fear!
