How does osseous tissue deviate from the modern cell theory?

After observing bone tissue at 400x magnification I have to answer the research question mentioned. I was not able to observe nuclei.

The modern cell theory states:

Osseous tissue are composed on bone cells sitting in cavities called lacunae (pits) and surrounded by layers of a very hard matrix that contains calcium salts and large numbers of collagen fibers  Important in protecting and supporting other body organs. Very few are vascularized.

Osseous tissue deviate from these ideas because ... I don't see how they are Face with Rolling Eyes
