Are there facilities for Blood transfusion (This could/may be rare cases) on Manned Space missions?

I.e. Facilities for storing blood bottles for transfusion matching the blood group of Astronauts.

Thanks & Regards,

Thanks.

Burns, Collapsed Lungs, Head & Neck Injury, Abdominal injury and other diseases may require a blood transfusion for the Astronaut/s on the spacecraft?. Returning back to Planet Earth is the only option? Adequate Blood bottles storage facilities (Blood Banks) on the Spacecraft will assist.
