A client is very upset because a secretary at her office expressed concern that the client's genetic testing indicates a high risk of breast cancer. The client says, "I didn't think you would reveal that information because of GINA." How should the nurse respond?

▸ "Your employer has the right to know that information."

▸ "Did you discuss your testing with anyone at work?"

▸ "Your insurance company must have notified them."

▸ "There must have been another clerical error in our office. I will look into it."
