Dear colleagues,
I'm new in real time PCR. So, your help is highly appreciated. I got this peaks from real time PCR analysis. Red peaks are from housekeeping gene. The peaks are good. But the other one has two elbow (two little peaks) which I marked. What is this two little peaks? Are they another amplicon or primer dimers?

Additionally, in the investigated gene melting point analysis; two green peaks are more closer to the left but red peaks are more to the right. What does it mean? All four peaks are the same gene in different conditions.

Thank you very much in advance.

Haven't done this in ages!

The two little peaks are primer dimers, no amplification there. In other words, while it implies multiple amplicons, consider it a negative.
