Referring to following link, I would like to know on how to interpret following conditions

During the spring days, would inverse relationship apply for both systolic and diastolic?
what period is the spring days?

During winter nights, would inverse relationship apply only for systolic?
what period is winter?

Conclusions: A significant inverse relationship between atmospheric pressure and blood pressure during the spring days and, only for systolic blood pressure, during winter nights was observed. Int J Occup Med Environ Health 2016;29(5):783-792.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27518887/

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

During the entire year, at the time of lower AP the recorded BP was higher, and opposite – at the time of higher AP – BP was lower. The influence of AP seems to be significant with regard to systolic and diastolic BP in the spring days and to systolic BP – in the winter nights (Table 2).
