The Rf value of all spots will decrease

Reducing the percentage of a more polar solvent (ethyl acetate) and increasing the percentage of non polar solvent (hexane) will decrease the Rf value of all spots as non polar mobile phase cannot elute polar compounds which are strongly bonded to the polar silica gel.
