I need to discover a chemical that can give clear difference when an offspring's gene is stained. the different result will help me to identify whether the gene have homozygous or heterozygous alleles.

There's really no such way.

What determines one allele from the other are differences in the DNA as the nucleotide level. One allele may differ from another by maybe 1 or 2 nucleotides. In that case, no stain would be able to pick up the difference.
