Symbiotic relationships:

Commensalism - one organism benefits while the other is unaffected
     - Metabiosis - one organism creates favorable environment for another

Cooperation -
     - Mutualism - benefits both microbes
     - Altruim - benefits one at the expense of the other.

It's a tough call, but I think cooperation is specifically for microbes.
