This patient had surgery two weeks ago for appendicitis.  She is admitted now because of fever, pain, and redness at the operative site.  There is evidence of cellulitis of the operative wound. and cultures confirm Staphylococcus aureus as the cause.  She received IV antibiotics.  She also has type II diabetes mellitus.  What  ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes are assigned in this case
