Bob's manager had him set a future goal concerning the total sales he could reach in a year. At the end of the year, Bob was evaluated based on whether he met the goal. Then, he set a future goal concerning the total sales he could reach in the new coming year. At the end of that year, Bob was evaluated based on whether he met the goal, regardless of whether the goal was higher or lower than the previous years’ goal. Applying principles of recreation work, how can Bob's performance evaluation be improved?
A) Evaluate Bob based on whether his sales are close to his goal
B) Evaluate Bob compared to past performance
C) Evaluate Bob based on whether he sets easy goals or challenging goals
