The enzyme is lipase and the substrate is the lipids in whole milk. Will increasing the substrate concentration increase or decrease pH. Explain.

Hello

Lipases split lipids into glycerol and fatty acids. Increasing the substrate concentration will enhance the concentration of the products, i.e., the fatty acids, as long there is enough free enzyme.
This can lead to a faster decrease in pH of the solution.
