Hi, I've heard that Caribbean schools have a somewhat larger acceptance rate than American medical schools.  Is this true, and if so, what are the acceptance rates?

Every Caribbean medical school is run as a business first and a school second.  The top tier schools are becoming more competitive, but the other twenty schools will accept just about every one who applies.  The bottom tier schools don't care about your academic credentials, just your ability to pay the tuition (and few of those have access to student loans).
