AgNO3 (aq) + Na2SO4 (aq) > to what? My previous answer what Ag2SO4 + NaNO3 but the teacher told me I was wrong he said I can't add the 2 on the Ag if I'll add that it should be 2Ag why? He also said that the number of moles should be the same on both equations, but how can they be the same? With the Oxidation number as well at the end of the balancing equations they should equate to 0 charge right on both sides?

My answer for the full equation would be 2AgNO3 (aq) + Na2SO4 (aq) > Ag2SO4 + 2NaNO3. The number of moles is the same because it is balanced. On the left there is 2Ag and 2NO3, 2 Na and 1SO4 and on the right it is the same. And yes it should be 0 charge for all of the reactants and products if it is correctly done.
