So you have a balanced equation....how would you show that the Law of Conservation of Mass is being obeyed at the particle level, the mole level, and the mass level.  (if it helps, the balanced equation is Fe2o3+3C---->  2Fe +3CO   i think it,s right)

Fe2O3 + 3C Rightwards Arrow 2Fe + 3CO
At the atom level-
2 atoms of Fe on both sides
3 atoms of O on both sides
3 atoms of C on both sides

1 moles of Fe2O3 has a mass of 159.6922 g
3 moles of C has a mass of 36.033 g
reactants mass = 195.7252 g

2 moles of Fe has a mass of 111.694 g
3 moles of CO has a mass of 84.0312 g
product mass = 195.7252 g
