AP Physics or Differential Equations?

Next year I will be a senior. I plan on majoring in BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING and therefore must take ap bio next year. To take ap bio I need to get rid of either differential equations or ap physics: electricity and magnetism.

Differential equations looks good because it is the absolute highest math you can take. ap physics looks good because its ap physics. (I took ap physics: mechanics last year)
 my other classes for next year are:
Ap english lit
Ap computer science iii
Ap calculus bc
Ap environmental science
French iv honors

So should I get rid of ap physics e & m or differential equations for ap bio? Which would look better to a college or increase my chances of getting in? Thanks
