Which university in Scotland is best for nursing?

I have Standard Grade qualifications in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, French, Geography, Administration and Home Economics (all at grade 1).

This year I am doing Highers in English, Maths, Human Biology, Chemistry and Health and Food Technology.

Do you think I have chosen the correct subjects for S5 and what do you think I should do in S6? I want to stay on at school until the end of S6, go to college for one year to get an HNC in Health Care, then go to university. By this time I will be 19. Which university do you think would be best for me? I would prefer the university to be in the North East of Scotland.
