I really want to be an RN at a hospital in the Longwood Medical area, preferably Mass General or the Brigham. I am from the Boston area, and I will be applying to the following undergrad nursing programs:

Sacred Heart University
Boston College
Northeastern University
Simmons College
UMass Amherst

Which school is the best for nursing?

If I were you, I'd talk to local nurses to see what their opinions of each of these programs are. I'd also call up each school to ask for their placement statistics for nursing (so you can have an idea about which schools are most successful at placing graduates into nursing careers).

I randomly chose Boston College to see if they had any placement statistics online, and they do! Apparently, nursing students come out of BC making an average of $50,500--very respectable.
