Your question is unclear.  Hardy-Weinberg is a set of equations that predict the frequency of alleles within a population.  If mating is random and survival random between the two alleles of a gene (and there can be more than 2), then one can figure out from the percent of homozygous recessive individuals in the population the frequency of the two alleles.

Deserts are a type of biome that have many species making it up.  It does not, directly, have anything to do with allele frequency within a species/population.
