Can anyone tell me what kind of work can I find in the chemistry field with a bachelor degree.
Preferable government jobs.

And what i need to do to increase my chances of  getting that job.

Work as a forensics technician in a CSI lab.  Try similar with the FBI.  US Dept. of Agriculture hires chemists for a lot of jobs.  Spend a bit of time surfing the internet and see what else you can find.
