I have a degree in biology pre-medicine with a 3.5 grade point average and would like some advice on possible careers that are available with little to no additional schooling. Becoming a physician just doesn't seem to be what I want to do with my life anymore. Any suggestions?

First, you have to love Biology, even if you do not wish to be a physician.

Since you have the passion for biology plus an additional knowledge in medicine, you should be a researcher to help the world fight (currently)  incurable diseases like  Parkinson's

Alzheimer's , osteoarthritis   and  disorders like  pancreatic cancer, through developing new medicines and vaccines.  if you are interested in genetics, you could be involved in gene therapy  such as finding new gene therapy methods for cancers and myopia.

I think you should venture into pathology , which is the study of diseases,  the effects of pathogens like viruses , bacteria , and most recently , prions .

Your prospects look good!
