I've had cloudy and slightly darker than usual urine for a little while now, but no pain or fever. Is it possible I have a kidney infection or UTI or is it probably just dehydration? I had been on antibiotics (ciprofloxacin and clindamycin) for a very long time for a serious wound, so I don't want to go back on them, which is why I'm worried about it. I don't want to build up a resistance to antibiotics.

That's what could happen if you're to long on the antibiotics.
I don't think that you have an kidney infection, it looks more for me that maybe some blood gets in the urine due to the wound you had and maybe your stool is a bit darker than normal.
It could be as well that a kidney stone was coming through all the lines and that they got a bit hurt, but that will go away pretty soon.
If for a long time this is continuing, than a visit at an urological could be helpful to find out what it could be..
