I was admitted to the hospital on aug 22 and released aug 23 afternoon for a kidney infection. While at the hospital I was on iv antibiotics and saline. I was sent home with cipro for ten days. My fever away the 25 of aug. I'm on my last pill of cipro, it's been a week after. I've been reading up on kidney complications such as sepsis. Is it possible to develop it this long after?

If you have already gone through a course of antibiotics and everything is going well then it is unlikely. However, if there is any bacteria remaining which has not been killed there is the chance of sepsis occurring. You would have signs of a returning kidney infection and later sepsis if this was to occur. This is really unlikely tho so i wouldnt worry about it.
