want to desgien ahospital & calculate the range of capacitor i need to correct the power factor just know total power (kw) and voltage (kv)

You can't. You need to know the power factor. Or the KVA.

with just watts, it could be a totally resistive load and require zero PF correction, and zero added capacitors.
