The atomic number, electrons, and protons are the same. So you would take the atomic mass and subtract it by the atomic mass.

If you know the atomic mass AND the atomic number, you can pretty much ignore the values after the decimal in the mass (electrons have very tiny mass) and subtract the atomic number from the atomic mass and get the number of neutrons.
