you are essentially trying to convert grams into moles
a periodic table has the atomic mass for elements in the unit grams per mole
sodium sulfate consists of sodium, sulfate and oxygen, which the atomic masses are listed in the periodic table
the formula for the compound is Na2SO4, so you just add up all the atomic masses, getting you the
the amount of grams one mole of sodium sulfate weighs
you simply divide amount of substance (0.1 grams) by the amount of grams there are in one mole of
Na2SO4 and you have your answer
