A child with cerebral palsy has signs of both spasticity and athetosis. The nurse would expect the child to:

a. have increased muscle tone and deep tendon reflexes with the presence of scissoring.
b. have drooling and feeding problems. 
c. receive regular physical therapy to promote mobility.
d. be working with a speech therapist for dysarthria.
