While auscultating a patient's lungs, you cannot decide if the sounds you are hearing are rales, rhonchi, or wheezing. You should be most concerned with:
A) getting a better history so you can determine what the sounds are.
B) asking the patient to take several deep breaths and listening carefully to both lungs.
C) administering oxygen, if you have not already done so.
D) listening as long as it takes to make a determination of what the sounds are.
