lol i did my experiment and i didnt notice a change at all?

The enzyme is supposed to break some of the peptide links in the protein that make jello gel. If it does the jello does not set and remains liquid. If there is not enough of the enzyme all you may see is that gelation takes longer and the final gel is not so firm. If you got the enzyme too hot it won't work at all.
