What is the relationship between production of CO2 and consumption of glucose with 7% yeast solution and 5% glucose solution?

The more glucose added, the more CO2 will be produced. When dough is made, a little bit of sugar is added to the yeast as a food source. Like us, they produce CO2 in the produce as the energy source is being broken down.
