I am having a hard time finding direct information..

That glycolysis yields 2 atps when its glucose comes from free glucose (right?).

But what about when glycogen is providing the glucose, how much atp is produced then?

Lastly, if 100% of metabolites go through the phosphoglycerate shunt how many atp will be produced then?

4ATP are produced while 2ATP are used, so the net output is 2ATP

from glycogen, glucose 6-phosphate is produced.  in both cases, we need 2ATP to phosphorylate the glucose to make glucose 6-phosphate.  therefore, the steps are the same and there is a net gain of 2ATP

for every 1 unit of 1,3 bisphosphoglycerate, 1ATP is produced in the formation of phosphoenolpyruvate
