If a 100% negative selection pressure exists, how many generations will it take for the recessive allele to be eliminated?

Depends on
1.  The allele frequency in the current generation
2.  The size of the population
3.  Whether the allele is deleterious or advantageous in heterozygotes and how much
4.  Pre-reproductive deaths due to chance in the population

With an infinitely large population, no chance deaths, and the heterozygous state being neutral, your recessive allele will never be eliminated.  It will always be maintained in heterozygotes.
