Ka is an equalibrium constant. It is the ratio of equalibrium concentrations of products to that of reactants. These concentrations are very much affected by temperature. i.e., The ratio is disturbed.
But this ratio is maintained by favouring either of the forward or backward reaction when only concentration or pressure terms are changed.
