[H+]= 10^-1.88=0.0132 M

HCOOH <=> H+ + HCOO-

at equilibrium [H+]= [HCOO-] = 0.0132 M
[HCOOH]= 1.0 - 0.0132=0.987 M

Ka = [H+][HCOO-]/ [HCOOH] = (0.0132)(0.0132)/ 0.987 =1.77 x 10^-4

% ionization = 0.0132 x 100/ 1.0 = 1.32%
