What is the acid/base equilibrium with aqueous formic acid and sodium hydroxide? Do the products have a charge?

NaOH + CHOOH = Na+CHOO- + H2O
The equilibrium stands far to the right because formic acid is a good acid (carboxylic acid). It has three resonance structures:
...O..................O-...............O-
H-C-O-  <=>  H-C=O  <=> H-C-O-
............................. .............+

So yeah, the formate ion has charge -1, and the sodium has charge +1.
